Since then, we have basically one platform where we can offer a lot of several parts all over Europe or the world. Before that, we had to check all the several home pages of different suppliers to look for the parts we wanted. Now we have it all in one, basically combining Misumi and meviy. We have minimum order quantities sometimes on the other suppliers that we don't have on meviy or Misumi, and that saves us some money. If we need three or four of those parts and the minimum order quantity is maybe 10 or 15, then we have too much, so this is kind of saving some waste.

  4. Lean procurement: the team utilizes a “Pull” system, ordering only the necessary quantities (e.g., 3 or 4 pieces) to satisfy project requirements without creating waste. 
  5. Role-based approval: to maintain operational control, the five designers (Germany and India) handle technical configuration, while Project Managers and Team Leaders are authorized to review the “strict list” and place final orders, ensuring team-wide financial coordination.
